Jeff Cummings serves as a panelist for a public forum titled, “Why Voting Is Important in the 21st Century”.

The community focused event held in the Sauk Village Municipal Center, highlighted the importance of voting in both local and national elections, and ways to increase voter turnout. The panel included members from the Cook County Clerk’s Office and the Cook County Bar Association, the Mayor of Sauk Village, along with representatives from the Illinois Appellate Court and U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The event was sponsored by the Lamda Tau Omega Chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Cook County Clerk’s Office, Cook County Bar Association, and Sauk Village.
