Several Miner, Barnhill & Galland partners are experienced in resolving conflicts through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. George Galland has an active practice as an arbitrator, mediator and settlement monitor. He has helped to successfully negotiate settlements of both class action and individual matters, and has served as the neutral monitor to oversee compliance with four large-scale consent decrees negotiated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Benjamin Blustein received mediator training and certification through both Northwestern University and the Center for Conflict Resolution, and regularly serves as a mediator in the Cook County Circuit Court.
