The Miner Barnhill side of the team has recovered billions for clients in complex class actions and public representations. The team led Freeman v. Grain Processing Corporation, a years-long pollution class action in Iowa, to a $51.5 million settlement. The team also represented the Sierra Club in a case that recovered hundreds of millions in court-ordered pollution controls.

The Feinstein Doyle side of the team adds deep knowledge of the Mon Valley and Pennsylvania law practice, has decades of experience litigating class actions in Pittsburgh and nationwide, and has also recovered billions for clients in complex class actions.
