XAI Noise Class Action
Miner, Barnhill & Galland, P.C., Waltzer Wiygul Garside & Wild, LLC, and Weitz & Luxenberg P.C. have filed a class action lawsuit against X.AI Corp. and MZX Tech LLC in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
The lawsuit alleges that noise and vibration from xAI and MZX’s massive power plant at 2875 Stanton Road South in Southaven, Mississippi is disrupting the lives of nearby residents and lowering property values. The lawsuit seeks to reduce the noise and vibration so residents can use and enjoy their homes, and also seeks financial compensation for the past and ongoing disruption and the decline in property values.
Home Buyout Offers
We are aware that real estate agents have sent letters to some homeowners offering to buy their homes if they give up all legal claims they may have in the xAI noise class action. We, the lawyers who have brought the xAI noise class action, are not involved in the home buyout offers.

Proposed Class Area
We are asking the Court to allow this lawsuit to proceed as a class action on behalf of residents who lived in the highlighted area at any point since August 2025. If the Court allows this case to proceed as a class action, those residents will be in the class action unless they choose to opt out of it.
